patmonahan: Some of my thoughts for you… I just need to tell you how thoughtful you are. Always striving to give your absolute best, I appreciate your awareness and the time you spend to make sure that what you share comes from a place of Love and this I always feel when I am reading your blogs or listening to you perform. I have “hope” knowing that there is someone out there that reminds me of who I am. So on that note, it’s OK to throw a bunch away and toss them out, sometimes an experience can give us more clarity on anything we think and this can change everything as soon as we see it. When we communicate with one another it really makes a difference reassuring each other that we our growing together through time and space with love in mind. I see this part of you that is always requesting to be the best that you can be. I know we all have this inside if we just take a few moments to check in with ourselves. I think we give our best deliveries of our self when me choose that we are going to give our best of our self to everyone.
As you give the best part of you, you are opening up the flow of the Universe to move through you. There is always a good feeling that is accompined with this action. I am thankful for this gift that we all are given the moment our creation takes place. I am excited knowing that the world is waking up to this knowledge and wisdom within.
Our timing is at a turning point so we are still faced with looking at our learned human behaviors that seem to surface when we fall into a low state of mind. meaning a lot of thinking going on inside of us. This can effect our bodies and personalities with unnecessary tension. So I have found it’s best to continually monitor how you are feeling and how your feelings our processing through you. Whenever there is tension present, I try and remind myself that I have created this experience with my thinking and I acknowledge this with acceptance knowing that this to shall pass as every thing does.
Sorry about that. I got a little carried away. You are busy and working hard, your New Album speaks for itself. I think you have every thing under control so air it all out and know that every moment you are giving 100% there is no other way to exist, and we all are excatly where we need to be. Our intelligence will never fail us…this is impossible when we are all Love. So happy. happy. joy …joy…sending you positive energy and love through my lite to you and all existence.
Please know that love is pouring out from TRAIN and CA37 is your masterpiece filled with so much love that every time you share yourselves you earn whatever comes your way. I love you all so very much and appreciate all you give to this World. You are my sunshine!!!!

Just wanted to share this poem I found tonight. I wrote it about 7yrs ago…and quite a vision it was….I love that word fabric, referring to our skins..setup….? Yeah….. either you get it or you don’t, but smile anyway, and I will smile too. So I have been getting floods of inspiration and I have been trying to capture it and share, its been crazy that it turns into practically a poem. was my thought…but NO a ”novel conversation” takes over and then it would be so confusing to share to the average bear. (lol) because its like two people having a conversation. meaning you and me, and I finish and I save marked Private. Lets keep it at that. or not…..I do sometimes, revisit again or not, (back to that Private saved message, (just in case I lost you) follow me, I get around well in the land of the lost. I know this place frontward and backwards, sometimes I go back to my original thought when revisiting and the poem inspiration is finished. Hey, just a little lonely, this could be signs of really lonely, for someone else, I just call it CrAZy and I like it that way. I have created too many beautiful things, (in my mind) that I will call it anything that confirms its real, or is that really made up? Well. if you want to go that deep….We make alot of sHIT uP! Wow and the places we take it. Come to find out it was only real in my mind, sometimes…I find it interesting. Just be aware that everything is made up in one form or another.

Hi….neither here nor there….just trying to figure out where I am….I took a little trip to Cottonwood California to stay with my best friend I have known since two months old….her daughter is my god daughter and I thought I would share some love, I am missing my son sooooo much, although I know he is with me quite often….the MUSIC….is heaven to my ear….I will be going to the Independent concert with my mom next month, really excited to see you all play, I was lucky to get those as everything went so fast. I hope I can meet and greet one day, but coffee would be better….
